We take a double shot of freshly ground espresso, infuse it in cocoa butter and add to 64% dark chocolate from Peru along with some demarara sugar for added crunch. A perfect chocolate and coffee combo!
Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, natural vanilla, ground espresso, cocoa butter, demarara sugar. Store in a dry place. Made in a kitchen that handles tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, eggs and gluten.
