Make your own hot chocolate Peru 64%
This bittersweet dark chocolate makes a lovely rich hot chocolate with dairy milk but is also well suited to coconut milk. Simply heat a mugful of milk (or alternative milk) in a saucepan, add 40-50g buttons and stir until melted. Whisk for a frothy finish.
