This high cocoa content dark chocolate cuts through any milk to give a strong chocolate taste. Simply heat a mugful of milk (or alternative milk) in a saucepan, add 40-50g buttons and stir until melted. Whisk for a frothy finish. Add chilli powder and finish with whipped cream for maximum impact!
