We offer a wide range of alcohol free chocolates.

Many of our flavours and ganaches are alcohol free; pralines are a popular choice and our Hazelnut Praline, Peanut Praline, Pistachio ganache and Pecan Caramel tick all the boxes. Made using high quality nut pastes and butters, often by award winning suppliers, we combine them with tempered chocolate either into a ganache by adding cream, or by simply piping into the shells. Our Pecan Caramel is particularly popular as it is combined with caramelised white chocolate which enhances the pecan flavour and also has pieces of crunchy pecan in it.

Other alcohol free chocolates include some of our fruit based ones- Lime, Lemongrass & Chilli which uses reduced lime puree with lemongrass oil and chilli in a white chocolate ganache and Raspberry which has the fruit puree added to milk chocolate with a knob of butter for a smooth ganache.

Sea Salted Caramel and Milk Chocolate Vanilla are other more traditional flavours which are alcohol free. We make our award winning Sea Salted Caramel by slowly combining 4 ingredients; sugar, glucose, butter and cream, finishing off with the all important sea salt. Much patience is required along with a heavy pan!
