We have a core range of 6 make at home hot chocolate products: Uganda 80%, Ecuador 71%, Peru 64%, Venezuela 43%, caramelised white chocolate and Belgian white chocolate. Each pack contains 250 g of chocolate buttons for making hot chocolate at home with milk or alternative milk.

How to make delicious hot chocolate:  simply heat a mugful of milk (or alternative milk) in a saucepan, add 40-50g buttons and stir until melted. Whisk for a frothy finish. In our shops we like to add marshmallows and whipped cream for the ultimate experience. We also add orange oil, peppermint oil and chilli (not at the same time!) Why not buy a pack of milk Venezuela and dark Ecuador buttons and recreate one of our customer favourites- the Half and Half?

Handy hint; if you use Ecuador, Peru or Uganda  buttons with oat, almond, soy or coconut milk you can make an awesome vegan hot chocolate! And there’s a bonus: if you make it quite thick with a bit extra chocolate and leave it in the fridge for an hour or so, it will turn into a chocolatey mousse! We discovered this by accident one day in our café using almond milk and Ecuador buttons.
